Major Investment bank seeks a Business Systems Analyst to join Application Development group to gather and document business requirements, functional specifications, and technical designs.  Candidate must have capital markets expertise and an ability to create detailed project plans, interface with senior members of the firm, and manage both projects and jr business analysts.  The ability to create documents, diagrams, using Visio, project plans and process flows is essential.  Must understand full SDLC and RUP technologies.  Must be self started with ability to muli task and function is a fast paced, unstructured environment.

Salary plus bonus commensurate with experience.
